HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

Our goal is to move forward with our Ansa Group family of employees to the point full of quality, success, and firsts that we have achieved today in the sectors in which we operate, and to convey to our employees and customers the success of showing respect for human rights and human-oriented management that is at the highest point of our values. Our must-haves according to the Human Resources Policy we have adopted;

ASSIGNATION AND PLACEMENT

Candidates can apply through the Ansa Group website and job search websites. At the same time, recruitment is also carried out through IŞ-KUR (Turkish Employment Agency). Any application made to Ansa Group is evaluated in confidentiality in accordance with the competencies, qualifications and abilities required by the job. One-on-one interviews are conducted with eligible candidates.

In the selection of candidates, people who have a good education and high qualifications, who can benefit from their experience or who can be trained within the company, who are creative, suitable for the job and who will adapt easily to the company culture are preferred.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We keep the information/documents belonging to each of our employees, former employees, and candidates confidential and never share them with third parties unless required by law or with their permission. Personal data protection is handled in accordance with the law and our company’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management standard.

TRAINING

We develop our training calendar by conducting training needs assessments at various points throughout the year. In addition to the required training, we assess and evaluate the training, seminars, conferences, and congresses requested by our employees. We provide orientation training to all of our new employees.

INTERNSHIP

Every year, Ansa Group provides internship opportunities to high school and university students. After the interview process, we evaluate personally submitted applications to provide the opportunity to do an internship.
