Production Methods

Extrusion is used to manufacture the Ansa Group’s products.

1. FILM EXTRUSION METHOD

  • The film is produced vertically in this method by inflating with compressed air.
  • The majority of the machines we have are equipped with a Coex Extrusion system.
  • Multi-layer HDPE and LDPE films are made by applying the desired raw materials and additives to each layer of the film separately. This enables you to obtain more useful and high-quality goods.

Our coex film extrusion lines produce our GREENHOUSE and SHRINK films. Our films produced by the Film Extrusion Method can be printed in four colors.

2. Cast EXTRUSION METHOD

  • The cast film is produced horizontally in this method by extruding it onto a cooling roller and being cooled incrementally through a straight slit.
  • Our cast film production lines are all coex. Production is carried out using raw materials and additives in appropriate proportions in layers based on the desired product’s characteristics.
  • Our cling films are produced on cast extrusion lines.

3. COMPOUND EXTRUSION METHOD;

  • Our Compound Products are produced on six machines in our department.
  • We have single and twin-screw extruders that can be fed using a volumetric or gravimetric system.
  • The Composite Extrusion method is used to produce filled PE/PP Polymers and additives.
