The Ansa Group consists of three laboratories. Our laboratories are organized to meet the needs of the manufacturing sites where they are located. Experienced chemists and engineers perform tests and controls on our production inputs and products in our laboratories based on specific criteria.
- Tensile Testing is used to determine the strength and elongation of PE films. Our company follows the ASTM D 882 Test Standard when conducting tests.
- Shrink Test – Shrinkage of PE Films entering the heat at 150 degrees Celsius is detected. The tests are carried out in accordance with our company’s Test Method.
- Ash Determination – The percentage of additives/fillers in polymers is determined. Our company follows the ISO 3451 Test Standard when conducting tests.
- Moisture Determination- The percentage of moisture content in polymers and materials that can retain moisture is determined.
- Density Determination – The impact strength of the plastic is determined in this test applied to engineering plastics. Our company follows the TS ISO EN 180 Test Standard when conducting tests.
- Color control is the process of determining the color differences in compound products.
- Dart Drop Test – This is an impact puncture test. It applies to all films. Our company follows the ASTM D1709 Testing Standard when conducting tests.
